11th Division Captain Office

The office is very spartan - with a wide, wooden desk in the middle of the room and a chair standing behind it. On the left side there is a window located, on the right three huge bookshelves.

Zer had not bothered attending the captain meeting. He had just taken over the job as taichou and therefore needed to get everything handled first.

His suit jacket was folded over the back of his chair, the sleeves of his dress shirt rolled up while he leaned over another document. One pile of finished paperwork was already laying beside him, but there were still amounts left to do.

"Hat der letzte Taichou denn überhaupt nichts getan?" Zer thought, for once actually slightly annoyed while carefully laying the now finished paper onto the 'done' pile.

He will be stuck here for the next hundred years.
He already knew it.

#1: "Had the last taichou not done a single thing?"

After Zer placed another pile onto the floor next to the desk he sighed heavily before rubbing his face.

He already figured there'd be a lot to clean up after the old taichou, but this was just ridiculous. He glanced to his left at five more piles onto the floor - unfinished paperwork.

The tall man shook his head and stood up. He'd go insane here if he saw one more paper and after all those years working under Eri he knew just too well that the woman did not care when something like that would be done.

"Der kleine Blitz könnte verrückt werden wenn der Papierkram zu spät erscheint." he thought while grabbing his suit jacket to put it on. "Jedoch ist er auf einer Mission. Er sollte nicht herum zicken wenn die Papiere erst am Abend eingereicht werden. Außerdem..." He took another look around at the piles around his office. "Hat er die ganze Zeit schon gewartet - ein paar Stunden mehr werden ihn nicht umbringen."

Decided he straightened his suit before leaving his office, fetching down a random member, who did look rather scared of him, to inform the male which paperwork he could already carry over to 5th.

Then, he left his Headquarters.
As a captain he should keep rules even more in mind.
But damn, he needed fresh air.

And he already knew where he'd get that.

The moment Zer stepped onto 11th grounds he wondered why the hell he even bothered. Maybe it was time to start traveling again. His whole Division was in a state of chaos and only once they finally noticed that their captain had returned did they calm down. Immediately they stood into lines, he was glad that he managed to teach them the show of respect that quickly, though he said nothing. He merely nodded at them, before returning to his office.

Confused they looked after him, unable to decide what they should do now. But he was their captain, so it was best to follow his example. The members shrugged at each other, before going back to their daily duties.
Otherwise their captain might unleash his wrath on them, and that was something they did not want to experience.

Zer meanwhile was back in his office and just like earlier he had folded his suit jacket on the back of his chair, had rolled his sleeves up and worked on the documents again.

Bolt Boy better not cause him any more paperwork.

If it weren't for her current situation, Murisane would have ripped the flesh off these insignificant rats. But alas, she would require Zeraphin Apollo Rotbaron III's good graces. Well, for now.

As the mice escorted her to the Captain's Office, Murisane's impression of this Division improved favorably tenfold. At least from what it used to be.

And then they arrive, in front of the Captain's door. She remains still as one of them knocks.

Zer was still working on his paperwork, completely ignoring the chaos that took place outside. What did it matter to him? His people were busy cleaning and if there really was something that seemed off they were attentive enough to deal with it.

He placed one paper on the finished pile.
Such well trained dogs.

Though...bBefore it had even knocked on the door Zer already settled his pale orange eyes onto it, waiting.
What was she doing here?

Then it finally knocked and Zer laid down his pen, leaned back in his chair and waited just a little longer.
Well, why not? A little bit of patience training might do her well. Though... old dogs usually did not train any new ticks. He waited a few more moments before finally saying "Enter." in a loud enough voice to make himself be heard.

"Dann lass uns mal sehen, was du vorhast."

#1: "Then let's see what you have planned."

She hears the 11th Captain exclaim. His voice was supported with confidence. She smirks. Murisane walks into his office.

She doesn't bow, but instead nods her head slightly. "Hello, Rotbaron-taichou. Thank you for gracing me with your presence."

With his usual stern expression he watched her enter and as she nodded at him he nodded back.

"Keine Verbeugung. Wie unhöflich." he thought, slightly amused seeing how hard it was for her.

She was here to talk... he really did not feel like talking. Though he was certain she would not leave before she had said whatever she needed to say. Therefore he nodded at the chair in front of his desk - showing her to sit down if she wanted. She only did what she wanted anyway.

"Spit it out."

He wouldn't bother sweet-talking with her. It would just waste both their times.

Murisane glared into his eyes. He was attractive.

But appearances weren't everything. She smiles in return and takes a seat. "Oh, handsome Zeraphin. I'm in a slight...predicament" she said, smiling as she expelled the last word. "Would you be willing to escort me?"

He chuckled, before folding his hands in front of him. He did not know what was funnier, her trying to be sweet to him or her having to admit that she was... in a 'predicament'.

Zer rose an eyebrow - now why should he be doing that? If he continued here he could have all the paperwork done before today night. That would give him enough time to check his Division.

Besides... what reason did he have to join... well anything?

"Now, why would I want to do that?"

She smiles as he chuckles, but then...

Her brow twitches. Because the god-damn Wretched Hag had asked him to? This is why she hated being kind. It got you nowhere. She frowns. "I know you care not for those whom you serve and frankly, neither do I." She then continues with stout confidence. "But I am not one to remain idly while the innocent are harmed. To accomplish such a goal, I require your aid. That is why."

Now... caring. Caring might not be a suitable word when talking about this topic, but he really did not feel like correcting her.

She closes her eyes. How irritating. "Such philosophical ideals, Captain. Yet you seem to not comprehend the entirety of the situation." She then pauses for a brief moment. "To save many, one must first begin to save, no matter how many."

He chuckled, for once amusement clearly written all over his face.

"Why, please tell me, would I want to save anybody?" He removed his fingers from the clasp and folded his hands on his desk again. "But let's try it from a different angle. Who? would I be saving? Who are those... innocent... in your opinion?"

His chuckle further annoys her.

To his first question, she responds coldly. "Do you not care for anyone but yourself?" To his second inquiry, she remains silent for a brief moment. "I do not seek to save innocence, for such a person had lost it a long, long time ago. But his intention's, coupled with our own, are mindful of those who suffer."

Oh, quite interesting. When had he ever said he only cared for himself?

"Ah well then, you certainly understand my situation. I should blindly follow somebody who I don't know to save a group of people who I don't know." He reached up with his hand, swiping his hair back. "I would at least like to know for who I would be fighting." He leaned forward. "For Bolt Boy... or...?"

She smiles. Murisane had always kept her true self encased deep within her soul. She wasn't a traitor nor one to deliberately cause suffering. "I champion Jago's cause, my step-son, no matter if he wins or loses." To his previous statement, she retorts "I seek to reclaim another step-son...Jin Hanaryu." She was at her thresh-hold as she rises from her seat and begins to walk towards the door. She turns her head. "What say you? Or would you like for me to expel my life story."

Slowly he laid his hand back onto his desk, listening to her. He always wondered why she was so often over at 5th - well that made sense now.

"Your children." he murmured, before starring right through her. Yes, children seemed to be a good reason.

"I am interested in your life story." he said calmly and stood up. "And I have certainly the time to listen to you." Damn... he was overly talkative today. "But later, I think we have a task to finish."

Then, he walked up to her - letting her show him just what exactly she had in mind.

"Die Idioten werden es schon schaffen auf die Kompanie aufzupassen."

She turns her head and...genuinely smiles. "Thank you, handsome Zeraphin." If they'd return from this task, she'd surely wish to spend some time with this Captain. After oh so long...she had finally found someone to befriend.

"We leave immediately" she says authoritatively as she unites her hands together. "Tuk bidi ertak aut deghe, bidi chi quidnak inch eghav, paitz mer khordze bidi enek!" A feint yellow box surrounds them. The effect would require roughly 30 seconds to commence. She turns to him. She raises her hand. "Please, hold on tight...for your world will soon become chaos."

He rolled his eyes at her compliment - too much sweet talking. But if it made her happy, he wouldn't ruin her fun... especially when she was smiling like that.

Why was she chanting in... suddenly yellow light surrounded them. Family technique?

"It already is chaos." he muttered, but lifted a hand to grab her shoulder carefully.
But damn... he forgot his suit jacket.

Indeed it was. The effect then began; the walls enclosed on them. Their world became blank, all they could see was white as they twirled. The whiteness then began to transform into blackness. They suddenly appear as they were in the office...but now instead were in a dark hallway.

"Are you alright, Zeraphin-san?"

The journey was... interesting to say the least. He had never before experienced such a technique before.

She wished she had such problems. She'd switch places in a heartbeat. She starts to walk South down the hallway. It was quite long. "That's unfortunate, but more so that I cannot do anything to help. If you're curious about this place, it used to be a military stronghold."

"Nice." he said before following her down the hallway. "Mind telling me what we are doing here?"

This secretive thing was becoming ridiculous.

As they turn the corner, his question would surely be answered. Well, she had already answered before they had gotten here. In the middle of the spacious area hovered Jin Hanaryu within a red-tinted barrier, his legs crossed and eyes closed. Murisane smiles. She knew they would bring him here.
